Terms and Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern the use of Task Fairies’ website, booking system, and services. By submitting a request, booking an appointment, or engaging our services, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Scope of Services

Task Fairies provides structured cleaning, property support, Service Blocks, and concierge services based on agreed scope and availability.

  • Services are scope-based, not time-based
     
  • Staffing and execution are determined internally
     
  • Task Fairies reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service if conditions are unsafe, unlawful, or outside agreed scope
     

Booking & Scheduling

  • All appointments are subject to availability
     
  • Advance scheduling is required for standard services
     
  • Submission of a booking request does not guarantee confirmation
     

Clients are responsible for ensuring timely access to the service location.

Payments & Billing

Payment requirements vary based on the type, scope, and structure of service.

  • Payment may be required prior to service, after service, or as a partial deposit, depending on the service and client arrangement
     
  • Service Blocks and most one-time services require payment in advance
     
  • Concierge and ongoing services may follow a different billing structure
     

Payment Discrepancies

Any payment discrepancies, billing concerns, or incorrect charges must be reported to Task Fairies within thirty (30) days of the transaction date.

Concerns reported after this period may not be eligible for review or adjustment.

Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations and refunds are governed by the specific policies outlined at the time of booking or agreement. Service Blocks and certain scheduled services may be non-refundable once confirmed.

Task Fairies does not issue refunds for:

  • client-side access issues
     
  • scope changes after booking
     
  • dissatisfaction unrelated to agreed scope
     

Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • provide accurate information at booking
     
  • ensure lawful and safe service conditions
     
  • comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws
     

Task Fairies does not perform services that violate legal or safety standards.

Limitation of Liability

Task Fairies is not liable for:

  • pre-existing damage
     
  • issues resulting from inaccurate client information
     
  • delays caused by circumstances outside our control
     

Liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service rendered.

Changes to Terms

Task Fairies reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

Return and Refund Policy

Effective Date: 01/01/2026

This policy outlines cancellation, rescheduling, and refund guidelines for Task Fairies services.

Service Blocks & One-Time Services

  • All Service Block appointments are paid in full prior to service
     
  • A 24-hour grace period is provided for cancellation or rescheduling
     
  • Requests made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment are not eligible for refund or reschedule
     

Missed appointments or denied access result in forfeiture of all funds paid.

Ongoing & Concierge Services

Cancellation terms for concierge or recurring services are outlined in individual service agreements.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are not issued for:

  • early completion of scope
     
  • dissatisfaction unrelated to agreed scope
     
  • changes requested after service begins
     
  • client-caused delays or access issues
     

If Task Fairies is unable to complete service due to internal reasons, a reschedule or service credit may be offered at our discretion.

Payment Review Window

All billing concerns or disputes must be submitted within 30 days of the transaction date.
