Fairy Sessions

All service sessions for our eco-friendly cleaning services are booked online and confirmed based on availability. Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your professional cleaning appointment. Appointments are scope-based, not hourly, and are completed according to the service selected at booking. Submitting a booking request does not guarantee availability until confirmation is provided.

Service sessions for our eco-friendly cleaning services require advance scheduling and are not available for same-day service. Clients are responsible for ensuring timely access to the space during the scheduled appointment window for professional cleaning. Delays, denied access, or incomplete access may result in partial or full forfeiture of the appointment.

All service session payments are non-refundable once scheduled. Refunds are not issued for: changes in scope after booking, dissatisfaction unrelated to the agreed scope, or access issues and client-side delays. If Task Fairies is unable to complete a scheduled session due to internal reasons, a reschedule or credit may be offered at our discretion.

Fairy Sessions cannot be rolled over. All sessions must be used as booked and within the allotted timeframe.Clients may reschedule an appointment only if the request is made at least 24 hours prior to the original appointment date and time. Sessions canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment may result in forfeiture of all monies paid, and a new booking may be required. Due to the nature of our services, refunds are not offered outside of the 24-hour cancellation window or in the event of an error on our behalf.
