Secure Your Spot: All lifestyle and concierge sessions can be booked directly online or over the phone. To officially secure your date on our calendar, full payment is required at the time of booking.
Advance Notice & Expedited Bookings: To maintain our high standards of service, all sessions must be scheduled at least one week in advance. Any last-minute booking requests inside of that one-week window are subject to an additional Expedited Priority Fee and are based strictly on availability.
Task-Focused, But Time-Bound: We operate entirely on a priority list framework. Our sessions are designed to be task-focused but time-bound—meaning your scheduled appointment concludes either when your priority task list is fully completed or when the allocated time block ends, whichever comes first.

The One-Week Rule: All Task Fairies sessions require advance scheduling and must be booked at least one week out.
Last-Minute & Next-Day Bookings: Any appointment requests made inside that one-week window are considered last-minute and are subject to a $100 Expedited Fee in addition to the standard session price. Last-minute bookings are strictly dependent on team availability.
Property Access & Delays: Clients are entirely responsible for ensuring our concierge team has seamless, timely access to the property or workspace during the scheduled appointment window.
Forfeiture Policy: Because our sessions are strictly time-bound, any arrival delays, denied access, or incomplete access caused by the client will count toward the session time and may result in the partial or full forfeiture of the appointment without a refund.

Strict No-Refund Policy: Due to the bespoke nature of our concierge and lifestyle support business, all payments are strictly non-refundable once scheduled. Refunds are not issued for client-side delays, access issues, or changes in scope after booking.
The 24-Hour Rescheduling Rule: We value flexibility, which is why clients are granted a 24-hour grace period to adjust their calendar. You are permitted one (1) reschedule per session, provided the request is made at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled start time.
Late Changes & Forfeiture: Any rescheduling requests made inside the 24-hour window before an appointment do not guarantee a new slot and will result in the immediate forfeiture of the session and all monies paid.
Task Fairies Contingency: In the rare event that Task Fairies is unable to complete a scheduled session due to internal operational constraints, we will provide either a rescheduled date or a service credit toward your next appointment, at our sole discretion.
