Services may require full or partial payment at the time of booking. Any additional costs over $100 must be paid before the appointment or by the end of the business day. Failure to do so may lead to a suspension of booking privileges.
to receive a refund, cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made within 24 hours may forfeit any payments already made.
Clients receive a 15-minute grace period. If you are not at the designated location within this time, your appointment will be canceled and any payments made will be forfeited
Additional time is not guaranteed and should be booked accordingly.
Services can be booked up to 14 days in advance. Appointments cannot be split, appointments must be completed on the selected day & time.
Due to the nature of our business, we don't offer refunds (excluding cancellation policy) We will correct any service issues, clients must notify us of any issues within 24 hours of the completion of service.
